Trademark checker
Check every phrase against clothing trademarks before you upload
One trademarked phrase can get a design removed and an account flagged. Paste a title, bullet or brand name and NicheKite checks each word and phrase against 616,041 USPTO records in class 25, the class for clothing.

Red and yellow highlights
Red marks words that match a live trademark held for apparel. Yellow marks common words that appear inside a broader mark.
A clear verdict
Each check ends with a verdict and the count of registered and general matches.
The records, not just a score
Serial number (linked to USPTO), live or dead status, mark type, filing and registration dates.
Built into design detail
Every design in NicheKite has a Trademark check toggle that highlights its title.
How to use it
- 1
Paste your title, both bullets and your brand name, one check at a time.
- 2
Treat red as a stop: change the phrase or drop the idea.
- 3
Read the yellow matches in context: a common word is fine unless your design points at the brand.
- 4
Open the serial number on USPTO when you are unsure, and keep notes on what you checked.

Does it cover the UK, EU or other countries?
Not yet. For amazon.co.uk and amazon.de, also search the UKIPO, EUIPO and DPMA registers.
